Directions

Turn right at the exit, continue until the first fork, turn left at the fork, cross the bridge over the River Lippe and continue to the large crossroads.

Turn right at the crossroads (Lippestraße). Continue straight ahead along Lippestraße until you see a sign on the right-hand side.

After the signpost, turn left at the “Wiemer” restaurant.

You will cross over another bridge and drive straight across the next crossing. Here you will find the main car parks of Maximilian Park.

Turn left at the Maximilian Ice Rink and Bowling Alley.

Follow the road, after the second right-hand bend, you will see further parking spaces and, at the end of the street, in front of the district administration office, there are additional parking spaces on the left-hand side. The main entrance to the park and offices are located here.

Turn left at the exit in the direction of Hamm. At McDonalds (McDrive) and the traffic light, turn right.

Follow the Dr.-Loeb-Caldenhof-Str. until the traffic light on Ahornallee, and then turn right. After approx. 2 km (to the signpost), turn left into Ostwennemarstraße.

Follow the Ostwennemarstraße straight ahead until the right of way sign, turn right into Karl-Koßmann-Straße (left: Ice Rink and Bowling Alley).

Follow the road, after the second right-hand bend, you will see further parking spaces and, at the end of the street, in front of the district administration office, there are additional parking spaces on the left-hand side. The main entrance to the park and offices are located here.

From THE RAILWAY STATION/Neue Bahnhofstraße take bus lines 1, 3, 6, 28 and 33 in the direction of Werries, bus stop “Maximilianpark”. The bus leaves every 15 minutes, every 30 minutes on weekends. Click here for Deutsche Bahn (German Rail) travel information.
